  • Service Quality Issues: If you are dissatisfied with the quality of our services and we are unable to address your concerns through revisions or corrections, a partial refund may be considered.
  • Service Cancellation by Lotus Company: If we are unable to deliver the agreed services due to unforeseen circumstances, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund depending on the stage of the project.

3. Refund Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide your name, contact information, project details, and the reason for the refund request.

  4. If your refund request is approved, the amount will be processed back to the original payment method within 7-14 business days.

The timeframe for processing refunds depends on the payment method used:
